50 Years 1968 - 2018
JS Office Environments are very proud to announce that this year we are celebrating 50 years of continuous business.
Founded in 1968 by David Johnson and Stanley Schuster. These two office seating manufacturers representatives listened to their clients requests “why can’t we get our office chairs renovated” As no one was providing the service they set up their own company ‘JS Seating Renovations’ in Stanley’s garage. With a clientele including Lloyds Bank, Sainsburys, British Airways and the Corporation of London (some still clients today) they quickly needed more space and moved to larger premises in Wallington.
Within three years they had progressed to manufacturing their own range of new office chairs and changed the company name to JS Seating Ltd. As things moved on, the company expanded supplying not only chairs but desking, filing and a full range of complimentary furniture from various manufacturers across UK and Europe. Along the way we gained ISO9001 quality accreditation
We like to think we still listen to our customers and in 1997 JS Office Interiors Ltd was introduced to enable us to offer a full interiors solution. Our service encompasses every aspect of projects from Consultation and Planning to Design and Build. By providing the complete Office Environment package. We believe we have a come a long way since Stanley’s garage!
